Tee Billz, the music executive and former husband of Tiwa Savage, has issued a heartfelt apology to Nigerians regarding his support for Zinoleesky. In an Instagram post, he expressed his deep remorse for any insensitivity in his earlier remarks and clarified that he did not intend to disregard anyone’s feelings or opinions.
Tee Billz acknowledged that he would rather offer assistance and support to Zinoleesky than pass judgment based on associations and the influence of one’s environment. He emphasized the significant role that mental health played in Mohbad’s final days, whether people agree with his perspective or not, and noted that Zinoleesky is currently facing similar challenges.
Additionally, Tee Billz extended his empathy and love to the embattled singer Solid Star, who is reportedly grappling with mental illness.
In his previous posts, Tee Billz had sparked controversy by advocating for understanding and compassion towards Zinoleesky, defending Naira Marley against cancel culture, and recognizing Marley’s talent as a songwriter. He urged forgiveness for his own shortcomings and hoped for a second chance to serve as a positive leader and influencer.
Meanwhile, singer Solidstar has been dealing with mental health issues, as evidenced by disturbing videos that circulated in August. His younger brother, Joseph Iniyezo, publicly appealed for assistance, revealing that the singer was unwell and struggling with mental health challenges.
