Nollywood Actress Joke Jigan Exposes Unpaid Africa Magic Airing by Colleague Gbolahan Moses
Yoruba Nollywood actress and producer, Joke Jigan, recently took to a photo-sharing app to address a financial dispute with her colleague Gbolahan Moses. She accused him of allowing their jointly produced movie to air on Africa Magic without compensating her. While Moses claimed he had not been paid for the production, Joke Jigan vowed not to engage in a social media feud and expressed her readiness to confront the issue head-on.
In a separate incident, young producer Seyi Bonimo accused senior colleagues Ojopagogo and Moji Afolayan of allegedly deceiving him. Seyi Bonimo revealed that they had agreed to collaborate on a movie, but the project was repeatedly postponed. He also claimed to have sent an extra thirty thousand naira to Ojopagogo for transportation due to rising fuel prices. Moji Afolayan partially refunded the money but refused to return the remaining ten thousand naira. Despite seeking assistance from industry authorities, Seyi Bonimo struggled to compel them to refund the funds.
