Recent reports surfaced suggesting that Davido had fired Ajudua for allegedly embezzling $370,000 and seizing funds during a trip to Dubai. This information was initially shared by an internet influencer citing an anonymous source.

In response, Davido took to his Instagram story to clarify the situation. He stated that he and his lawyer remain on good terms, emphasizing that business dynamics can change. However, he did not explicitly confirm or deny whether he had indeed sacked Ajudua.
