Kenneth Okonkwo, former spokesperson for the Labour Party’s presidential campaign council in the 2023 election, has called on President Bola Tinubu, Atiku Abubakar, and Peter Obi to step aside from running in the 2027 elections.
In an interview on Wednesday, Okonkwo emphasized the need for fresh leadership in Nigerian politics, arguing that the current leaders have failed to deliver on the nation’s expectations. He also criticized opposition lawmakers for their lack of unity, which he believes led to the failure to secure crucial leadership positions in the House of Representatives.
