Her Instagram post read, “03/11: Happy birthday Omotoke.” In addition to her birthday wishes, Toke Makinwa shared a video of her mother’s prayers delivered via a phone call. Her mother blessed her warmly and prayed for the manifestation of the fruits of the Holy Spirit in her daughter’s life.
Toke Makinwa affectionately captioned the video with love emojis and humorously noted that her mother’s prayers are never complete without asking for the fruits of the Holy Spirit. She wrote, “You see that fruits of the Holy Spirit, mummy’s prayer is incomplete without it.”
The media personality also took a moment to reflect on her journey to 39. She described the past three years as a period of pruning in her life.
