Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has subtly criticized her nephew Yul Edochie’s second wife, Judy Austin, over her recent advice to women living wayward lives.
Judy’s remarks, made during her husband’s Sunday Service livestream, warned against the pitfalls of relationships distracting women from their studies and careers, particularly in the context of school-going students.
In response, Rita questioned how someone could hold another person’s husband captive while freely expressing opinions. She expressed amusement at Judy’s actions, suggesting that her ultimate fate would be disastrous, emphasizing that one cannot mock God.
This isn’t the first time Rita has clashed with Judy. Previously, Rita accused Judy of spreading falsehoods about Yul’s ex-wife, May, allegedly motivated by jealousy over May’s success.
Despite Yul and May’s separation, Rita recently declared her support for May, embracing her as a daughter figure and pledging to protect her like a mother hen.
Rita’s public stance highlights the complexities within the Edochie family dynamics, particularly regarding Yul’s relationships and the allegiances of family members.
