Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing didn’t mince words when she addressed a troll who made disparaging remarks about her history of relationships. This response came after news broke about the end of her relationship with Xxssive, her love interest.
Reports from Nigerianews24 revealed the apparent separation between Nkechi Blessing and Xxssive, as they unfollowed each other on Instagram and deleted photos and videos of their time together.
A troll took this opportunity to mock Nkechi Blessing’s multiple failed relationships, suggesting that her frequent social media content might be a factor. The troll remarked, “Everything post werey that why ur relationship dey break like yam every 6 months.”
In response, Nkechi Blessing firmly cursed the troll’s future, saying, “Those two children go experience worse in Jesus’ name.”
Nkechi Blessing’s recent breakup was somewhat unexpected, as she had previously spoken highly of her boyfriend, expressing how he had positively influenced her lifestyle and reduced her public antics. She even questioned those advising her to leave her relationship, suggesting that such advice was akin to using ‘juju’ (charm) to influence someone in a relationship to leave. Nkechi emphasized her commitment to her relationship, citing her belief that there was nothing better “on the streets.”
Notably, Nkechi Blessing had previously been in a relationship with Ekiti State politician Opeyemi Falegan, which ended in 2022 with a public dispute. The politician had accused her of dating him for financial gain and intimate reasons, to which Nkechi admitted she had dated him to make her US-based ex-lover jealous.
