Primeboy, the childhood friend of the late singer Mohbad, whose real name was Ileriouluwa Oladimeji Aloba, has come forward to address accusations made against him by the singer’s wife, Omawunmi.
In an exclusive interview with TVC, Primeboy refuted claims that he was with Mohbad when he passed away. He revealed that on the day before the singer’s death, they had a heated argument, leading to Mohbad asking him to leave the car they were in at Town Hall. This argument was between Mohbad and his wife, and Primeboy described it as a family matter.
Primeboy expressed his deep grief over the loss of his close friend and emphasized that he had no involvement in Mohbad’s death. He lamented the online accusations and attempts to frame him by Omawunmi, saying that it was unjust and hurtful.
Furthermore, Primeboy clarified that he had never received any message from the police before he was declared wanted. He had intended to voluntarily explain himself at the police station but was advised by his lawyer and family to wait for an official invitation.
He fondly recalled how he had supported Mohbad during difficult times, even providing him with a home and meals when needed. Primeboy’s heartfelt plea was for justice for Mohbad and an end to the online accusations, which he considered wrongful and unjust.
