Joshua now sits in seventh place after being knocked down four times during the match.

Despite this setback, the 34-year-old boxer remains optimistic about his future. In a video message to fans, he emphasized the importance of moving forward and working hard. “Keep your seatbelts on because deep down in my heart, I know we’ve got a lot more to bring,” he stated.

Meanwhile, Nigeria’s Efe Ajagba has secured the 10th position in the rankings. Promoter Eddie Hearn has hinted at a potential rematch between Joshua and Dubois, as Joshua is still contracted for one more fight with Saudi Arabian promoter Turki Alalshikh and Riyadh Season.

The current WBO rankings show Oleksandr Usyk as the undisputed champion, with Joseph Parker holding the interim title. Tyson Fury leads the list of contenders, followed by Zhilei Zhang in second, Martin Bakole in third, Agit Kabayel in fourth, and Justis Huni in fifth.
