Doyin David, a former BBNaija contestant, has opened up about her relationship preferences, emphasizing that she has no intentions of dating another celebrity.
In a recent interview with Hip TV, Doyin, a medical radiographer who gained fame through her appearance on the reality TV show, shared insights into her romantic life.
She reiterated her longstanding preference for partners from the corporate sector, highlighting the stability she has found in such relationships and drawing from her personal experiences.
Doyin disclosed that she has been in a committed relationship with her current partner for nearly a decade, underscoring her desire to maintain privacy regarding her family and personal life.
She expressed her views, stating:
“I don’t envision myself being romantically involved with someone in the spotlight. Throughout my life, I’ve gravitated towards men in the corporate world. Perhaps it’s influenced by my past experiences. I’ve been with my current partner for about 10 years now.
“I don’t see myself entering into a relationship with a public figure. I prefer to keep my family life private. While I’m comfortable being in the limelight, I value returning to a sense of normalcy at home. Even though we’re not married, I am submissive to my partner.
“I believe that for a relationship to thrive, one person needs to take the lead. Two strong-willed individuals may clash. Therefore, I believe a woman’s most crucial decision is choosing the right man to lead her.”
