A fan has challenged Nigerian businessman Cubana Chief Priest’s claim of Nigerian singer Davido as his “in-law” following a recent visit to Chief Priest’s fast food construction site. The fan questioned whether Chioma’s mother gave birth to Chief Priest, implying the relationship might not be as close as suggested.
Cubana Chief Priest, who shared clips and photos of Davido and his DMW team at the eatery, referred to the singer as his in-law. This term did not sit well with some, with the fan commenting, “Nah, same mother born you and Chioma?”
While the fan’s comment sparked debate, many others praised the friendship between Chief Priest and Davido, calling it a symbol of strong bonds and genuine friendship.
Cubana Chief Priest’s fondness for Davido and Chioma is well-known. He has publicly supported their relationship, celebrated their milestones, and expressed pride in Chioma, who hails from Imo State, like Chief Priest.
Chief Priest’s affection for Davido has not been without controversy. Actor Uche Maduagwu criticized him for not advising Davido on personal matters and questioned his sincerity. Despite the mixed reactions, Chief Priest remains a staunch supporter of Davido, often showcasing their close relationship.
