After publicly criticizing the airline for canceling her business-class flight without explanation, she received a call from the airline’s CEO at midnight, who arranged a new flight for her. Esin expressed gratitude to the CEO and her supporters who helped address the issue, urging Nigerians to work towards improving service standards in the country.
Esin’s experience follows similar grievances from other celebrities, including Nkechi Blessing and Erica Nlewedim, who also faced issues with flight delays and downgrades.
