The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested 21 individuals suspected of internet fraud in Benin City, Edo State. The arrests took place on Tuesday, following actionable intelligence on their alleged involvement in online scams.
Among the items seized from the suspects were 10 exotic cars, laptops, and mobile phones. The suspects will face charges in court once investigations are concluded.
