Only a few days ago, Chef Dammy had taken to social media to make startling revelations about the pastor who had supported her Cook-a-Thon project, an attempt to surpass Hilda Baci’s record. She expressed concern for her safety and hinted that her pastor should be held responsible if anything were to happen to her.
In an unexpected twist, Prophet Jeremiah Adegoke, the founder of Spirit World Global Mission, has taken legal action against Chef Dammy. Through a petition filed by his legal team, the pastor expressed his astonishment at what he perceived as a defamatory statement from the chef.
He has demanded that Chef Dammy retract the alleged libelous statement and is seeking a compensation of twenty million naira (20,000,000) for damages. The legal battle follows their public dispute, shedding light on a complex and escalating situation.
