Mavin Records star Rema has generously donated N105 million to Christ Embassy in Edo State as part of his recent homecoming celebrations. The donation was made during a Thanksgiving service held on Sunday at the church’s campground on Sapele Road.
In a video shared on social media, Rema spoke about the significant support the church provided to his family following his father’s death. He recounted how the church helped by setting up a shop for his mother at a time when his family felt isolated.
The donation breakdown includes N40 million for church infrastructure, N20 million for Rhapsodies of Realities, N25 million for the teen church, and N20 million designated to assist widows.
“The church embraced me during a difficult time. I am pledging N40 million for church infrastructure, N20 million to Rhapsodies of Realities, and N25 million to the teen church. Additionally, I am pledging N20 million to support any widow in need,” Rema stated in the video.
