Actress Doris Ogala has taken a jab at blogger Tunde Ednut for boasting about the imminent release of Verydarkman, only for the release to be delayed.
Verydarkman, a controversial activist, was arrested on Friday and has been held in police detention since then. There were reports circulating online suggesting that Verydarkman was set to be released, prompting Tunde Ednut to announce it on his page.
However, the anticipated release did not materialize, leading Doris Ogala to mock Tunde Ednut on her own page, suggesting that his premature announcement may have contributed to the delay.
In her post, she advised Tunde not to boast next time, implying that his actions may have played a role in the reversal of Verydarkman’s release.
She wrote:
“Tunde, next time, don’t brag. Sorry to say, @mazitundeednut is the reason that Verydirty Boy’s release was reversed. @donlulu_mayor, please understand, Your Excellency.”
