Leicester Unlucky Against Palace – Ndidi

-

Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has expressed frustration after the Foxes’ 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace on Saturday, extending their winless streak in the 2024/25 season after four games.

Leicester took a two-goal lead at Selhurst Park, with Ndidi providing both assists, but Crystal Palace quickly responded through Jean-Philippe Mateta, who also scored a stoppage-time penalty to secure a draw.

Ndidi reflected on the disappointment, saying, “The result does not reflect our performance. We almost had it, but anything can happen in the Premier League.” He praised the team’s resilience but lamented the late penalty that cost them victory.

Despite the setback, Ndidi remains optimistic about Leicester’s upcoming clash against Everton, believing that a single win could boost their season’s momentum.
