Kaduna PDP Inaugurates 17-Member Reconciliation Committee

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kaduna State has inaugurated a 17-member Reconciliation Committee tasked with addressing internal party issues. The committee was formed with the goal of uniting members and resolving grievances within the party.

During the inauguration, the PDP Chairman in Kaduna, Mr. Edward Percy Masha, urged the committee to work towards reconciling all aggrieved members who may have been offended during political activities. He emphasized that the committee has been given a two-month period to complete its assignment.

Masha also outlined the committee’s mandate to visit all 23 local government areas in the state to engage with party members and resolve conflicts. He expressed hope that the committee’s efforts would help address the various challenges facing the PDP in Kaduna and urged members to collaborate with the leadership to find solutions.

The committee is expected to provide periodic updates on its progress. In his remarks, Alhaji Shu’iabu Idris Mikati, the Chairman of the Reconciliation Committee, expressed gratitude for the appointment and assured that the committee would do its utmost to fulfill its responsibilities. He also called on all members to dedicate themselves to the success of the reconciliation process.
