Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has issued a heartfelt apology to her colleague Biodun Okeowo, also known as Omoborty, following a sweet gesture on her birthday.
On Saturday, Eniola celebrated her birthday, and Biodun marked the occasion by sharing a photo of Eniola along with a loving message, referring to her as “darling Badoosky of life.”
In response, Eniola expressed her gratitude in the comments section, acknowledging her own shortcomings in maintaining close contact with Biodun. She stated, “Thank you so much, sis mi; I know I say I dey guilty, but I go redirect,” signaling her intention to improve.
Biodun responded warmly, reaffirming their strong bond by writing in Yoruba, “You are omo iyee mi for life,” which translates to “You are my child forever.”
During her birthday celebrations, Eniola shared a reflective note, praying for wisdom, patience, and compassion. She appreciated her journey and the milestones she has achieved, expressing gratitude to God for the many blessings she has received. Eniola also prayed for clarity and boldness to follow her divine purpose, releasing any fears about the future.
Eniola’s busy schedule includes her recent government appointment as Special Assistant to the Speaker of The Federal Republic of Nigeria on Social Events and Public Hearings. She was appointed in May and officially resumed her duties in July, meeting with Senate President Godswill Akpabio at the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS) in Abuja. Despite her new responsibilities, Eniola has shared her struggles with the demanding nature of her role, lamenting the heavy workload on her Snapchat page.
