The Stellar Initiative, a non-governmental organization, has announced the Boycode Conference 2025, a transformative event aimed at empowering 5,000 boys across Nigeria.
Scheduled for May 2025 in Lagos, the conference is themed “Raising Giants: Empowering the Next Generation of Male Leaders”. It will feature sessions on technology, business acumen, creativity, content creation, and media use to inspire societal impact.
Founder Precious Eniayekan emphasized the urgent need to equip boys with leadership skills, stating:
“This conference is not just an event but a call to action and a blueprint for the future. It celebrates the resilience and brilliance within our young men.”
The initiative has already impacted lives through mentorship and life-changing opportunities. Comedian Ali Baba lauded the program’s focus on addressing societal biases and nurturing boys to lead balanced lives.
Actor Daniel Effiong and media entrepreneur Toyosi Etim-Effiong highlighted the importance of preparing boys for societal roles to complement women’s empowerment efforts.
