Arsenal legend Patrick Vieira has encouraged the club to sign 20-year-old Aston Villa forward and Colombian international, Jhon Duran, describing him as an unselfish and intelligent player capable of elevating Arsenal’s attacking prowess. Vieira emphasized that Duran’s qualities make him a natural fit for the Gunners, particularly with his technical skill, aerial strength, and intelligent movement on the field.
While Arsenal was linked to top strikers like Alexander Isak, Viktor Gyokeres, and Dusan Vlahovic over the summer, manager Mikel Arteta has chosen to rely on Kai Havertz in the No.9 position. However, Vieira, impressed by Duran’s recent performance against Bayern Munich, believes the young star could provide Arsenal with the dynamic forward they need.
