Arsenal legend Paul Merson has confidently predicted that his former team will secure a dominant victory over Manchester United in their upcoming Premier League clash on Wednesday night.
Arsenal enters the match with impressive form, having won their last three fixtures and scored 13 goals in the process. Under Mikel Arteta, the Gunners are currently in second place, just nine points behind Liverpool.
Despite United’s recent managerial bounce under Ruben Amorim, which saw them thrash Everton 4-0, Merson remains confident in an Arsenal win. Speaking to Sportskeeda, he stated, “I don’t see anything but an Arsenal win here, it will be comfortable and easy. I’d even go three or four nil to Arsenal in this one, they will destroy Manchester United.”
