A young Nigerian boy captured attention when he knelt down to greet renowned singer, songwriter, and record producer David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido.
The touching moment was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by a media account, showcasing the boy’s respectful gesture. In the video, the boy immediately dropped to his knees upon seeing Davido, then quickly returned to his parents.
Onlookers speculated that the boy’s actions were due to shyness, as he did not linger with the singer or take photos, despite Davido’s willingness.
The boy’s respectful gesture amused Davido, who laughed and continued exchanging pleasantries with the boy’s elder brother, sister, and parents.
