Jigawa State Governor, Malam Umar A. Namadi, has dismissed Khadija Sidi Suleiman, the Special Assistant to the Governor on Gender, from her position. The announcement was made in a statement issued by the Secretary to the Government, Malam Bala Ibrahim. The decision took effect immediately, and all rights and privileges associated with Suleiman’s role have been revoked.
The statement directed Suleiman to return all government property in her possession to the office of the Secretary to the Government without delay. While expressing gratitude for her service, the government wished her well in her future endeavors.
