Alex Iwobi expressed his delight after scoring twice in Fulham’s thrilling 3-1 victory against Brighton & Hove Albion on Thursday night.

The Nigerian international played a pivotal role in the win at Craven Cottage, marking his third goal in four matches, alongside two assists, as he continues to shine for the Whites.

Speaking to Amazon Prime after the match, Iwobi emphasized the importance of maintaining consistency in front of goal. “I should be getting more goals, but it was good to get them for the team,” he said. “We wanted to bounce back after the Spurs game, and there’s no better place to do it than at home.”

Iwobi also highlighted the team’s positive energy and preparation ahead of their next match. “This performance gives us a boost going into Arsenal, who are on a good run,” he added.

Fulham, managed by Marco Silva, will host Arsenal at Craven Cottage on Sunday, aiming to build on this momentum in the Premier League campaign.
