Chelsea-bound forward Willian Estevão has shared the shirt number he hopes to wear when he joins the Premier League club in the summer of 2025.
The 17-year-old Brazilian star, currently playing for Palmeiras, has signed with Chelsea in a deal worth an initial €34 million. He will officially join the west London club upon turning 18, committing to a long-term contract running until 2033.
In an interview with ESPN Brasil, Estevão expressed his preference for retaining his current shirt number. “If they give me the shirt #41 as I have at Palmeiras, it will be cool,” he said.
Estevão has delivered an impressive performance this season at Palmeiras, tallying 12 goals and eight assists in 27 appearances.
The teenager’s move to Stamford Bridge marks another significant addition to Chelsea’s roster, as the club continues to build for the future.
