This year, celebrity kids are donning their graduation gowns, and joining the proud parents’ club is Jayeola Monje, better known as Jaiye Kuti, as her son receives a degree in Law from Afe Babalola University.

She described the overwhelming emotions that filled her heart as she watched her son achieve his dream of becoming a lawyer. It’s not just a testament to her son’s hard work but also to the divine grace that has guided her through life’s challenges and filled her path with hope.

Her son’s convocation ceremony at Afe Babalola University’s Faculty of Law was graced by proud parents and esteemed guests from around the world, including dignitaries like His Imperial Majesty, Ooni Arole Oduduwa, and other revered Royal fathers from Nigeria.

Her colleague, Mercy Aigbe, also celebrated her daughter’s graduation as Michelle Gentry received her first degree from the University of Manitoba, Canada, shedding tears of joy and pride.
