Last year, an anonymous Instagram blogger, Gistlovers, first reported the birth of his twins. The controversial blog claimed that his wife had taken legal action to have him sign divorce papers to end their marriage.
According to the blog, Gabriel Afolayan was allegedly planning a naming ceremony for his girlfriend at her parents’ house while still legally married.
Journalist Kemi Olunloyo added to the story, revealing that Gabriel had fathered twins with a woman outside of his marriage while refusing to sign the divorce papers with his wife.
Taking to his Instagram page, Gabriel confirmed the reports and celebrated his twins’ birthday by sharing a photo of them and their mother. He referred to them as his “entire crew” in a heartfelt note.

Recall that divorce rumors between Gabriel Afolayan and his wife, Adebanke, emerged when they unfollowed each other on social media. An Instagram blogger alleged that singer Banky W, who is married to actress Adesua Etomi, had an affair with Adebanke, causing a rift between Gabriel Afolayan and his wife. Although none of the parties involved reacted at the time, Gabriel Afolayan later clarified the situation.
