Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has expressed her ongoing unhappiness following the death of singer and rapper Mohbad, which occurred over two weeks ago. The actress, who is also known for her philanthropy, indicated that she has not found closure and happiness due to the lack of justice for Mohbad’s demise.
Sharing a photo of herself smiling, she expressed her hope for happiness again, linking it to the attainment of justice for Mohbad. She stated, “I want to be happy like this again. Maybe when we finally get justice for Mohbad.”
Tonto Dikeh received praise from her fans in the comments section for her dedication to seeking justice for the late singer. Many commended her selfless efforts in ensuring that Mohbad’s case does not go unnoticed.
Since Mohbad’s passing, Tonto Dikeh has been vocal in her call for justice, including organizing a candlelight procession and meeting with the singer’s family. Her foundation has also offered a scholarship to Mohbad’s son and pledged to provide financial support to his wife.
However, Tonto Dikeh recently criticized Pastor Tunde Bakare for his comments on Mohbad’s death, suggesting that he should also address the misconduct of his colleagues within the clergy with the same vigor he addressed the singer’s situation. She credited her restraint to God’s anointing on her and encouraged him to maintain consistency in addressing issues within his circle.
