The comedian faced several controversies in 2023, including public disputes with Basketmouth, Seun Kuti, and criticism for a comment about Davido. The exchange with Seun Kuti revolved around mockery related to AY’s burnt house and allegations of domestic issues. AY responded, refuting the claims and defending himself with evidence.
