EPL: Guardiola Remains Noncommittal About Man City Future

-

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has remained tight-lipped regarding his future with the club amid speculation that he may not extend his contract, which is set to expire in June 2025.

Ahead of this weekend’s Premier League match against Fulham, Guardiola was evasive when asked about his plans, stating, “I’m not going to talk about this subject. What will happen, will happen.”

In addition, Guardiola addressed concerns about midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, who was left out of the latest Belgium squad. He clarified, “He’s not ready for tomorrow. How can he go to the national team when he hasn’t played one game? I’ve never understood that. He didn’t tell me he’s going to retire from the national team; I don’t know his mind. But for that game, he is injured.”
