Reality TV star Pere Egbi recently opened up during an interview on the Clout Africa YouTube channel, where he expressed his preference for Mercy Eke, a former BBNaija All Stars housemate, over Kim Oprah, another housemate.
Pere’s revelation comes shortly after his participation in BBNaija All Stars Season 8, where he emerged as the 4th runner-up. During the conversation with Cross, another BBNaija housemate, Pere was asked a direct question: “Be honest, if you had to choose between Mercy Eke and Kim Oprah, who would you pick?”
Pere’s response was immediate and clear as he stated, “Mercy Eke, a thousand times.”
In a separate interview, Pere, who finished in fourth place on the show, candidly admitted to having genuine feelings for Mercy Eke during their time together in the BBNaija house. He revealed, “I have seen her [Mercy]. Before the show, I was having a conversation with Cross, and I know that she [Mercy] likes me, and I like her.”
He went on to emphasize the mutual liking between them, which he saw as the foundation for a potential relationship or friendship, highlighting the genuine connection they shared.
