Zamfara State has been rocked by another bomb explosion, marking the third such incident within a week. The latest blast, reportedly planted by bandits, occurred on the road between Dansadau and Malamawa, with a second explosion taking place on Malele Road.
The explosions have caused significant damage, heightening fears among local residents. Security expert Zagazola Makama described the destruction as severe. While the exact number of casualties remains unclear, the blasts have further escalated tensions in the region.
No group has officially claimed responsibility for the attacks, but the Zamfara Police Commissioner has attributed them to the Lukurawa group. The persistent bombings are raising concerns about the growing threat posed by bandits in the state.
