Nigerian football fans are expressing optimism about Kelechi Iheanacho’s potential to excel in La Liga after his recent transfer to Sevilla, according to PUNCH Sports Extra. Iheanacho, whose contract with Leicester City ended last season, has signed a two-year agreement with Sevilla. The 27-year-old, who made 26 appearances for the Foxes last season with six goals and three assists, will now wear Sevilla’s white jersey for the 2024/25 campaign.
Following his move to Spain, several fans have voiced their support for Iheanacho, backing him to make a significant impact in the Spanish league.
