Blessing Okoro, renowned relationship expert known as Blessing CEO, has cleared the air regarding her association with auto dealer Ikechukwu Igbonna, who goes by the name IVD.
Their closeness began following the passing of IVD’s wife and mother of his four children, Bimbo. Earlier this year, rumors of a romantic relationship surfaced when IVD was seen with a tattoo bearing Blessing’s name. Blessing defended IVD when he was accused of causing his wife’s death.
However, their relationship has taken a turn for the worse due to a dispute over Davido. Blessing took to her Instagram to set the record straight, asserting that she had no personal relationship with IVD and that he was just her client.
She explained that she didn’t know about him until the scandal involving his late wife, and she offered him moral support, particularly when he was contemplating suicide. She described IVD as an illiterate whom she attempted to help and uplift, emphasizing that she wanted him to live for the sake of his five children.
In her words: “First, I don’t have anything to do with IVD; he was just my client, and I was his therapist. I had never even heard of him in my entire life until that day his wife’s scandal trended, and I contributed my own opinion in Daddy Freeze’s live video. Ikechukwu is an illiterate, I was just building him up and helping him out because he said he wanted to live for his 5 children.

The dispute between Blessing and IVD was triggered by allegations of debt related to singer Davido. In response to these claims, IVD publicly denied any financial dispute with Davido and said that he was on good terms with the music superstar. Nonetheless, Blessing claimed that Davido owed IVD a significant sum and aired her thoughts on the issue.
IVD later apologized to Blessing for not keeping her in the loop about the payment he received from Davido.
