A total of 109 officers from the Edo State Command of the Nigeria Correctional Service (NCS) have been promoted to higher ranks. The promotions were officially announced during a ceremony in Benin City on Thursday, where the officers were decorated with their new ranks by the State Controller of Corrections, Philomena Emehinola.
