Nigeria’s Super Eagles have retained their 39th position in the latest FIFA men’s global rankings, released on Thursday. During the review period, the team secured a 3-0 victory over Benin Republic’s Cheetahs and played to a 0-0 draw against Rwanda’s Amavubi in Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Super Eagles are ranked sixth in Africa, with Morocco, Senegal, Egypt, Cote d’Ivoire, and Tunisia occupying the top five spots on the continent.
