A woman shares her frustration as she decides to end her relationship with her boyfriend due to his excessive obsession with popular music stars Wizkid and Davido, amid their ongoing beef.
In a post circulated by Famousblogng on Instagram, the anonymous woman vented her feelings in a WhatsApp direct message, revealing the recent issue she faced with her partner.
She expressed dismay over her boyfriend’s obsession with constantly posting about Wizkid and referring to him affectionately as “Popsy,” a term commonly used by fans to address the music star.
The woman, aged 27, questioned why her boyfriend would refer to someone else as “Popsy” when he has a father of his own at home.
She recounted instances where their conversations would be interrupted by her boyfriend bringing up topics related to Wizkid.
In her message, she wrote:
“I just broke up with my boyfriend, or I should say ex now, and I pray I don’t go back to him. I can’t just imagine being with someone so stupid. He’s 27, and he’s been fixated on Wizkid all day, calling him ‘Popsy’ as if he doesn’t have a father. It’s becoming annoying at this point. Sometimes, during a serious conversation, he would just cut in and say he doesn’t like stress and wants to be like his ‘popsy.’ The obsession is becoming too intense, please, I’m tired.”
