AFCON 2025: Eguavoen Targets Three Points Against Rwanda Despite No Game Plan

-

Super Eagles interim coach Austin Eguavoen is confident of securing three points against Rwanda in today’s MatchDay 2 fixture of the 2025 AFCON qualifiers. Eguavoen, who led Nigeria to AFCON victory in 1994, stated that while he does not have a specific game plan for the East Africans, he believes his squad’s versatility and quality will be sufficient to handle any challenges posed by the Amavubi.

The match, set to kick off at 2 pm Nigerian time, will be held at the 45,000-capacity Amahoro Stadium in Kigali.
