Nigeria winger Chidera Ejuke has made a successful return to full training at Sevilla after a three-month injury absence.
Ejuke, 27, sustained the injury during Sevilla’s 5-1 defeat to Barcelona at Camp Nou in October. His return to training was celebrated by his teammates, who gave him a guard of honour, as shared by the club on social media.
The former Royal Antwerp player is now in line to feature in Sevilla’s upcoming La Liga clash against Girona on Saturday.
Before his injury, Ejuke was in excellent form and was named Sevilla’s Player of the Month for October.
