Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho has withdrawn from international duty due to a knee issue. Despite playing the full 90 minutes in United’s goalless draw against Aston Villa on Sunday, he will not be joining the Argentina national team for this international break.
Garnacho revealed, “I had knee problems in the last two matches, and I won’t be able to be with the national team. I hope to recover soon so I can be on the next date.” He will stay in the UK for assessment by United’s medical team.
