Ayodeji Wuraola has stepped down as Managing Director of Leadway Capital & Trusts Limited (LCTL), with Sola Seweje appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer. This change ushers in a new phase for the prominent Nigerian provider of wills and trust services.
Wuraola’s tenure was marked by notable achievements, including significant growth and expansion of the company’s market presence. He has provided trust services to a diverse range of clients, including corporations, individuals, and government entities.
Seweje, who brings over 18 years of experience in financial services, will now lead LCTL. Her background includes roles as Managing Director at Capital Express Global Trustees Limited and Coronation Trustees Limited, and experience in business development at ARM Trustees Limited and United Capital Trustees Limited. Her extensive expertise is expected to drive the company forward.
