The Peoples Democratic Party has unveiled its timetable for the Edo State governorship election. The party’s congress to determine the governorship candidate is set for February 22, 2024. Aspirants can obtain nomination forms for N21 million, with a 50% discount for youths aged 25 to 30. Registration of members will take place between November 16 and December 7, and other key dates include the screening of aspirants on January 18, 2024, and the governorship primary on February 22.
